一番の思い出は皆で一緒にクリスマスパーティーをしたことです。 それぞれプレゼントを持ち寄ってシークレット・サンタをやったのがとても新鮮で楽しかったです。またクリスマスの夜にはそれぞれが食べたい料理を作って皆で食べたのが思い出深いです。 一人暮らしをしていたときは人見知りで人とあまり関わりたがらないタイプの人間でしたが、ボーダレスハウスに来たことでそういった自分の性格が少し変わったように思います。今までの自分は知らない人がたくさんいるパーティーに参加したりするようなことはありえませんでしたが、ひとつ自分のコンフォートゾーンから抜け出してそういったイベントに参加してみることで、色んな国の色んな友達ができて世界が広がりました。 英語力も0だったので最初は挨拶もできませんでしたが、少しずつ勉強して、緊張しても外国人メンバーを遊びに誘ったり、一緒に勉強することで日常会話程度なら話せるようになりました。 一人暮らしではできないそういった経験が良くも悪くも自分を成長させてくれたと思います。
